Jennifer M. Little

Jennifer M. Little focuses her practice on legal matters in the health care industry, including health care regulatory issues arising from the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, and HIPAA, and counseling clients on Medicaid program issues. She advises clients on a range of agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, service agreements, physician employment agreements, and business associate agreements. She represents providers in Medicaid reimbursement appeals before the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts and advocates for a wide range of health care industry clients in litigation.

Jennifer’s understanding of the health care system and the legal framework connected to it makes her an asset to clients. She utilizes her prior in-house legal experience with Medtronic to serve her clients’ business objectives while appropriately managing their legal risk in the heavily regulated health care environment. She has experience advising medical device manufacturers assisted living facilities, FQHCs, ambulatory surgery centers, and physicians on a variety of matters.
