Attashin Safari is a business litigator, with a focus on representing companies in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, in federal and state courts. She has represented clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, breaches of contract, business torts, false advertising, copyright and trademark claims, and right of publicity. Ms. Safari also represents clients in the financial services industry, including national banks and various types of loan servicers. Additionally, she represents Fortune 500 companies in labor and employment actions. Ms. Safari also provides defense counsel in claims under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
