Danielle Zapata is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's New York office. Danielle focuses her practice on litigating intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyright. Danielle’s patent litigation experience includes biotechnology, electronics, and a variety of software-based technologies. Danielle has experience in all phases of litigation, including from pre-suit up until trial and with appeals. While in law school, Danielle externed with the Honorable Karen Gren Scholer in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and interned with the United States Patent and Trademark.
