Clinical Innovation: Fair and Effective Incentives for New Uses of Established Drugs Conference

GT is a sponsor of The Clinical Innovation: Fair and Effective Incentives for New Uses of Established Drugs conference February 8-9 in Washington, D.C. The conference will discuss how many opportunities for potential new uses of established drugs are not being explored and how we can incentivize research into new uses for these known medicines. GT's Barry Schindler (NJ) will be a panelist during the conference, speaking on "Plausibility and Second Medical Use Patents." GT's Nancy Taylor (DC) will also moderate a session about "The Payor's Perspective: Regulating to incentivize value creation and repair a failed market."
