PLI’s Internet of Things 2018: Everything is Connected

PLI’s Internet of Things Conference will cover how to navigate the legal framework needed to allow the internet to achieve its potential, while preserving individual and societal rights. GT’s Ian Ballon (LA/SV) will speak on “IoT Litigation – Predicting Trends and Mitigating the Risks,” discussing who is liable when products fail and private information is disclosed. His talk will also focus on current consumer privacy and data security class action cases, the current liability regime, and what companies can do to mitigate risks.
