Meeting of the Bid Protest Committee: "Cybersecurity Considerations in Bid Protests"

Greenberg Traurig will be hosting the monthly ABA Bid Protest Committee meeting with a panel discussion on cybersecurity considerations for bid protest practitioners. Daniel Straus, an associate in the GT DC office, will be speaking on the panel. He and the other panelists will discuss the current state of cybersecurity in public procurements, offer insights into forthcoming cybersecurity mandates, and opine as to the potential impact of these requirements on bid protest litigation.
