GT London volunteered at the Whitechapel Mission Breakfast Challenge on February 20, 2020, preparing, cooking and serving breakfast to around 200 people. The Whitechapel Mission was founded in 1876 to meet the specific needs of rough sleepers in the area, including food, shelter, clothing and medical care. They also run recovery programs where they address longer-term needs for life skills and job skills training, and addiction recovery.
