The 2022-2023 MDFAWL Trial Skills Workshop is a hands-on, learning-by-doing trial skills two-day training. This advanced course is a NITA style interactive format led by experienced circuit court judges in Miami-Dade County. The workshop provides 16.5 civil trial board certified CLE credits (currently pending with the Florida Bar). The faculty consists of knowledgeable and qualified trial lawyers practicing in South Florida. This is a concentrated program for all levels of attorneys who want to learn and practice new techniques and/or refresh their trial skills in the courtroom; simultaneously, participating attorneys will build mentoring relationships with the leading county, circuit, and appellate court judges, as well as distinguished women litigators in the community.
