Agencies Issue Guidance on Health Reform Provisions

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury recently released another package of guidance on important provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Specifically, the recent guidance covers preexisting condition exclusions, annual and lifetime limits on benefits, rescissions, and certain patient protection provisions.
