Greenberg Traurig Attorney Fred E. Karlinsky to Present on Captive Insurance: Business and US Regulatory Considerations

FORT LAUDERDALE and TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Nov. 25, 2015 – Fred E. Karlinsky, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices of international law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., will present as part of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) webcast beginning at 12 p.m. EST Tuesday, Dec. 1. Karlinsky’s presentation is titled “Captive Insurance: Business and US Regulatory Considerations.”

This presentation explores the costs and benefits of captive insurance companies for business, as well as an overview of the evolving regulatory standards. Karlinsky is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice Group and a shareholder within the Government Law & Policy Group. He represents insurers, reinsurers, producers and other insurance interests throughout the U.S. and internationally in a wide variety of business, operational, regulatory, transactional and governmental matters.
