Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Fred E. Karlinsky and Rich J. Fidei Speak at the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals Gulf States Chapter’s 2016 Education Day

FORT LAUDERDALE and TALLAHASSEE, Fla. June  24, 2016Fred E. Karlinsky  and Rich J. Fidei, shareholders in the Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices of international law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., spoke at the June 15 Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP) Gulf States Chapter’s 2016 Education Day in Atlanta, Georgia. Karlinsky gave a presentation titled “Corporate Governance & Risk Management,” where he discussed recent developments in corporate governance applicable to insurers at both the state and federal level, including the new CGAD and ORSA requirements. Fidei’s presentation, titled “Cyber Issues for the Life and Health Industries” included recent developments in cybersecurity coverage and regulation from a life and health perspective.
