Greenberg Traurig LLP said it has added to its corporate securities practice in New York a former Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP lawyer who focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits and a former Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP lawyer who represents private equity sponsors and others in a variety of transactions.
The new Greenberg Traurig shareholders, who started with the firm in May, are Audry X. Casusol, formerly of Cravath, and Richard C. Kim, formerly of Simpson, the firm announced on June 6, saying that its global corporate and securities practice in New York has achieved unprecedented growth with the addition of 13 shareholders who have joined the practice since January 2015.
