Greenberg Traurig Represents NMR & Associates in Acquisition of 6 CVS Stores

BOSTON – Nov. 27, 2018 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston Real Estate Group represented NMR & Associates in its acquisition of six CVS Health store sites across Connecticut, Tennessee, Ohio, and North Carolina. Attorneys Edward S. Hershfield and Eric J. DiMuzio handled all matters related to the purchases, which included the prepayment of existing financings and the defeasance of securitized loans. All six deals closed simultaneously in Sept. 2018.

NMR & Associates is a division of ADR Developments. According to the company, its mission is to identify, acquire, and improve a portfolio of single- and multi-tenant commercial real estate holdings.
