Greenberg Traurig's New York Office Continues Strategic Growth Adds Jared Hershberg in Corporate

NEW YORK – June 12, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues the strategic growth of  its Corporate Practice with the addition of Jared A. Hershberg as a shareholder in its New York office. Hershberg joins from Reed Smith.

Hershberg advises clients on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private investment fund matters, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He represents businesses, family offices, asset managers, specialty lenders, boards, executives, and various fund types, including private equity, growth capital, venture capital, mezzanine, and hedge funds.

Hershberg received his J.D. from Columbia University and his B.A. from Duke University.
