NEW YORK - April 24, 2019 – As part of its strategic effort to grow its team of highly talented, solution-driven corporate lawyers, global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has welcomed Patrick F. Rice, Doron Lipshitz, and John S. Kim as Corporate Practice shareholders in its New York office.

“We are driven by client demand and are excited to have top-tier practitioners like Patrick, Doron, and John join our award-winning group,” said Alan I. “Patrick’s in-house knowledge and experience on both sides of the table will serve our clients well and is a huge advantage. Doron has extensive M&A and private equity experience, and John has broad experience representing private equity funds,” said Stephen L. Rabinowitz, managing shareholder of the New York office.

“I was attracted to the firm’s vision and the opportunity to expand my practice with the additional resources the firm offers, as well as be able to add value to the global team,” said Rice, who joins from Akin Gump where he was a partner.
