Greenberg Traurig Adds Associate Amanda Blaske to Corporate Practice in Boston

BOSTON – May 24, 2019 – Global law firm GreenbergTraurig, LLP has added Amanda M. Blaske to its Boston office as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Blaske represents borrowers, lenders and other parties in finance and corporate transactions as well as restructuring matters.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Blaske worked at another international law firm, where she focused her practice on commercial law and corporate restructuring, representing bond trustees, bond holders, creditors, and debtors in a variety of insolvency matters. From 2013 to 2014, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank J. Bailey, the then Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, she interned for various judges in the S.D.N.Y. and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Blaske received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
