The session will focus on the convergence of digital health care technologies to promote efficient health care and personalized medical treatment. Black and Smulian will share an overview of the evolving legal landscape for companies that make these technological advancements possible by examining the existing regulatory framework from the FDA and other governmental actors to the ways the courts are adapting with traditional defenses and doctrines.
