MEXICO CITY – Sept. 26, 2019 – Miguel Flores Bernés, a shareholder in the Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been named chair of the Competition Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)-Mexico Chapter.

Based in the firm’s Mexico City office, Flores Bernés focuses his practice on antitrust and competition issues affecting clients in various industries, including government merger review, investigations of alleged anticompetitive conduct, litigation, and counseling. He regularly represents clients before the two Mexican competition authorities: Comision Federal de Competencia Economica (COFECE) and Instituto Federal de las Telecomunicaciones (IFT). As part of his previous experience, Flores Bernés served as a commissioner in the Federal Competition Commission.
