Tiffany Fordyce Speaks at the NELC Annual Conference

NEW YORK – Sept. 21, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder Tiffany S. Fordyce spoke at the National Employment Law Council’s (NELC) Annual Conference, Sept. 9 and 10.

Fordyce is co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement group and co-chair of the Chicago office’s Labor & Employment Practice. She spoke on the panel, “Wearable Technology in the Workplace: The Double-Edged Sword,” which provided an in-depth look at the legal considerations involved in permitting or requiring wearable technology for use at work, with an emphasis on possible liabilities and benefits of using wearable technologies during the present pandemic.
