Nelson Migdal to Speak at Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys Fall 2021 Virtual Meeting

WASHINGTON – Oct. 13, 2021Nelson F. Migdal, co-chair of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Hospitality Group, will speak on a virtual panel titled “Hotel Transactions, Management & Franchising Update” at the Academy of Hospital Industry Attorneys (AHIA) Fall 2021 Meeting Oct. 15 at 4 p.m. EDT.

Migdal, alongside Christopher Naughten, vice president, Fidelity National Title Group, will discuss the current state of the market, issues to watch under the Biden administration, the state of transactions and capital markets, acquisitions and dispositions, hotel transactions during the last downturn, and the industry’s future.

Migdal focuses his practice on the acquisition and disposition of hotels, hotel operations and management, franchising, licensing and branding, development and finance, large mixed-use projects, hotel management agreements, licensing agreements, commercial real estate acquisition and sale, and commercial leasing.
