Tiffany M. Andras is a team-oriented litigator who represents clients in a wide range of complex matters in various federal jurisdictions and in multi-district litigation. She is experienced in virtually all aspects of pre-trial litigation in class actions, CERCLA environmental litigation, products liability, fraud, general commercial contract disputes, and defending clients against claims brought under various federal statutes. She has worked with clients facing enforcement action by federal regulatory agencies, helping companies navigate responding to requests for information and preparing for meetings and interviews with federal regulators. Tiffany has also worked with clients facing ongoing civil investigations by the Department of Justice under the False Claims Act.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Tiffany worked in financial reporting as an analyst at a publicly traded retail apparel company, gaining valuable insight and understanding of corporate finance.

The consolidated proceedings involve personal injury claims, consumer class action claims for economic loss and medical monitoring, and economic loss claims asserted by a class of third-party payors.
  • Defends product manufacturers in various industries against product liability consumer class actions, including a major automotive company and a major appliance brand.
