Zuzanna Bafia represents Polish and international clients in real estate transactions. Zuzanna prepares due diligence reports and drafts transaction documents for investors operating on the Polish real estate market. She participates in negotiations and the preparation of lease agreements based on the “triple net lease” standard, and represents both lessors and lessees. Zuzanna also prepares training and presentations for clients on the subjects of due diligence and transactions.

  • Participated in the work for VD Invest, a subsidiary of Vantage Development, on finalizing the sales agreement regarding the Delta 44 office-retail building located in Wrocław to M7, a pan-European investor and asset manager.
