Lauren focuses her practice on general complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on products liability defense. Her product liability work includes defending numerous automotive and RV trailer manufacturers, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, and component part manufacturers, along with asbestos litigation, including asbestos-containing products, talc, and masks/respirators.
Lauren also has a general litigation practice encompassing a broad range of claims, including breach of oral and written contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets, negligence, defamation, and commercial lease disputes. She practices before state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies.
