Victoria focuses her practice on Litigation Project Management, providing cost-effective e-discovery to clients. She is highly experienced in all major document collection and review platforms with the ability to quickly turn huge amounts of data into manageable, actionable tools tailored to meet a variety of client objectives. Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, antitrust, complex business litigation, and securities litigation. Victoria leads all document intensive litigation projects for the Dallas office.

  • Member of trial team for complex securities and accounting fraud case involving a month-long trial [United States v. Gluk, 1:13-cr-346-SS (W.D. Tex.)].
  • Represented natural gas company in internal investigation of chief executive officer for corporate malfeasance resulting in federal indictment for violation of antitrust laws.°
  • Represented multinational oilfield service company in civil and criminal proceedings arising from the largest marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry; managed team of 100+ attorneys.°
  • Represented film production company on transactional matters related to production of full-length feature filmed in Dallas, including location agreements, license agreements and clearances.°
