Marnishia L. Jernigan is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office. Marnishia has experience handling complex commercial litigation and business disputes, as well as products liability and labor and employment matters. Her experience involves virtually all phases of a dispute, including pre-litigation, discovery, trial and appeal. Marnishia is active in her community and maintains an active pro bono practice.

  • Represented technology company in breach of contract action brought by former employee.
  • Represented minority-owned food company against breach of contract and civil conspiracy claims.

  • Conducted internal investigation for media company following public allegations of discrimination by former employee. Conducted interviews of current and former employees, including the employee alleging discrimination.
