Jenna is an intellectual property litigation attorney in the Washington D.C. office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. With deep experience across several fields of IP practice, Jenna is uniquely positioned to navigate her clients through complex legal issues that sit at the strategic nexus of prosecution, post-grant, and litigation. She focuses her practice primarily on post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and handles litigation before the district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Jenna’s deep technical background in electrical engineering allows her to readily grasp the most complex technological concepts that underlie her clients’ legal issues. She has wide-ranging experience in a broad array of technologies, including signal processing, computer network, wireless communications standards, semiconductors, batteries, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive devices and systems, among many others.
