Jennifer B. Moore is a senior litigator with broad experience handling a variety of large, complex commercial disputes involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, false advertising and trademark infringement, and a wide range of business tort claims in both state and federal court.

Jennifer currently focuses her practice on products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care litigation. She is involved in the representation and defense of manufacturers in product liability cases across the country, including multidistrict litigations. She also represents domestic and international clients in complex business disputes involving cross borders business transactions.

Jennifer is involved with the firm’s attorney professional development team, focusing on litigation-related practice groups and general professional development training.
