- Represented corporate trustee in relation to appointment of a liquidator over all of the Issuer’s assets including those forming part of collateral in a high yield bond issuance, and continued to represent the same trustee vis-à-vis the Chapter 11 proceedings initiated in Hong Kong and concurrently run in New York.°
- Represented an entrepreneurial corporate trustee in connection with an unwind of a structured note programme and litigation against the National Bank of Ghana.°
- Represented numerous global corporate trustees in connection with their respective roles in relation to high yield bond issuances with collateral spanning from the Americas, Australasia to pan-European.°
- Represented a corporate trustee in connection with a creation of a fraudulent second charge over collateral by an unconnected third party.°
