  • Participated in the work for CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in connection with the acquisition of all shares in P14 Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Postępu 14 office building located in the Mokotów area of Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of shares in Cavatina Office sp. z o.o., the owner of the Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw, from Cavatina Holding S.A.
  • Participated in the work for Deka Immobilien in connection with the acquisition of the Generation Park Z office building located in the Wola business district of Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for CP Retail BV, a Capital Park Group subsidiary, on the sale of shares in Dakota Investments sp. z o.o., the owner of Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for the WING Group specializing in office, industrial, retail, residential, hotel and special projects primarily in Budapest, on an agreement to acquire Lisala sp. z o.o. from Echo Partners B.V.  Echo Partners is owned by affiliates of Oaktree and PIMCO, and through Lisala it holds 55.95% of the shares of Echo Investment S.A.
  • Participated in the work for CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of Warsaw Spire Building C for ca. EUR 100 million.
  • Participated in the work for Fabryka PZO sp. z o.o, a subsidiary of Soho Development S.A., on the sale of a property in Warsaw comprising over 10,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate on the sale to Vestas Investment Management of a logistic center in northern Poland, with an area of approx. 160,000 sq. m., which is the one of the largest and technically advanced logistics centers in Europe.
  • Participated in the work for Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of 50% of the Warsaw Spire A office building and a joint-venture agreement with Ghelamco Group.
  • Participated in the work for CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of all shares and all rights and obligations of the general partner of Warsaw Spire spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Pl. Europejski 6 S.K.A., a company holding two buildings within the Warsaw Spire office complex: Warsaw Spire B and the Genesis restaurant building.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of Q22, one of the most iconic and modern office buildings located in Warsaw. The acquisition of Q22 was the largest investment transaction for an office building in the real estate market in Poland in 2016 and one of the largest transactions in the CEE region.
  • Participated in the work for Rockcastle Global Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of Bonarka City Center - a shopping center located in Krakow. The value of the transaction was EUR 361 million, which made it the largest single real estate transaction in Poland in terms of price in 2016.
  • Participated in the work for an international investor in connection with the acquisition of Prosta Office Centre and the Trinity Park II office building through the acquisition of special purpose vehicles holding the above real properties.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco in connection with a forward funding transaction of the development of a single tenant built-to-suit distribution center in Poland, with a total GLA of approx. 165,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco in connection with the forward funding development of a multi-tenant Logistics Park near Wrocław.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Hotel Investments in connection with the disposal of hotels in Gdańsk and Wrocław.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection with the sale of the Zaułek Piękna office building in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for a leading developer in Poland in connection with a EUR 500 million internal restructuring and transfer of real estate throughout Poland.
  • Assisted clients in work connected with sale and lease agreements, including drafting the agreements.° 
  • Assisted clients in work connected with due diligence analyses related to properties, in particular in the scope of the legal title to properties, lease and tenancy agreements.°
     
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection with the due diligence and refinancing of Galeria Kazimierz Shopping Centre in Kraków and Crown Square office building in Warsaw.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection with the financing of Q22 acquisition.
  • Assisted clients in works connected with real estate financing and refinancing transactions.°
  • Assisted Invesco Real Estate in connection in various asset management aspects, including commercialization, recommercialization, refreshment and redevelopment, as well as current property management with respect to Galeria Kazimierz Shopping Center.
