Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce - Women of Influence Luncheon: Leaders Defining Healthcare

Kelly Cullen is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Tampa General Hospital. Key components of this role include managing partnerships with key constituents, while overseeing clinical and operational strategies for the organization.  A healthcare leader with a proven track record of developing strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of a highly complex health care system, Cullen has more than 27 years of experience as a healthcare provider and in healthcare administration and management. She comes to Tampa General from the BayCare Health System, where she began her career as a nurse before taking on several leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and has memberships in numerous professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Florida Hospital Association, and is committed to leveraging her experience to help Tampa General further its commitment to world-class care.

Kimberly Guy is the Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Hillsborough and South East Pasco counties for BayCare Health System. The market encompasses seven hospitals, a total of 1,209 beds and includes a children’s hospital, women’s hospital, behavioral health center and level 2 trauma center. Additionally, she is the President of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL.   Kimberly currently serves as Chair on the Board at Concordia of Tampa, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, and also serves on the Boards of the Tampa Bay American Heart Association Metro and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Kimberly received her Master’s in Health Administration from Duke University and started her career at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC.

Lauren Key is a health care leader and business executive with more than 30 years of experience in public, private, venture-stage and not-for-profit companies including AdventHealth (formerly Florida Hospital), Eli Lilly & Company, Gillette/Braun, Quidel, Discus Dental, Intelident Solutions and Coast Dental.  Her background includes corporate turnarounds, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, launching new business enterprises, developing new revenue streams, building new brands, growing existing brands, driving consumer and business strategies, and pitching companies for private equity financing or sale.  Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and completed executive coursework at the Harvard Business School in Strategic Marketing Management. She has served as a Board Member for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce since 2013 and is a member of the Tampa Bay Executive Marketing Council. Lauren is married to Dr. Terry Kelly, loves to travel, and has lived in Tampa since 2003.

Yvette Tremonti is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the center, Digital Innovation, Information Technology, Construction Planning & Design and the Enterprise Project Management Office/Process Excellence.  She has worked for Moffitt Cancer Center since 1996. Prior to her current role, Ms. Tremonti served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and as Vice President of Human Resources.  Ms. Tremonti has approximately 23 years of health care finance experience. She spent nine years with Ernst & Young in the audit practice focused on for-profit and not-for-profit health care entities.  Ms. Tremonti holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Auburn University. She is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
