ABA Labor and Employment Law Conference

The American Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Conference will hold it's 13th Annual conference at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. This year's conference will consist of a curriculum covering all aspects of labor & employment law, a valuable multi-level program regardless of your degree of experience. GT Shareholder  Jamie Rich will participate as a panelist in a session titled, “The Ethics of Collective Bargaining: Bigger and Better.” Panelists discussed ethical issues in collective bargaining agreements. Rich focused her remarks on confidentiality issues that may arise in connection with negotiations, including navigating attorney-client privilege issues.
