Class Certification and Article III Standing

LA Shareholder Robert Herrington will be presenting on a webinar panel titled "Class Certification and Article III Standing." The webinar is hosted by Strafford, an online CLE provider. This CLE webinar will examine the continuing impact of and strategic responses to the Supreme Court's decision in Spokeo v. Robins.
