GT is a sponsor of the 19th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Law Institute taking place virtually June 3-4, 2021. The event will feature industry experts providing updates on IP fundamentals including patent law, PTAB, trademark/TTAB, copyright, licensing, trade secrets, data privacy and security, and internet litigation. On Thursday, June 3, GT Shareholder Amy Kramer (DEN) will present the trademarks and copyrights breakout session, "What is your Intent? Bona Fide Intent to Use." The discussion will focus on best practices for showing bona fide intent and determining when intent is bona fide, and when less can be more. On Friday, June 4, GT Shareholder Ian C. Ballon (LA/SV) will present the session, "2021 Internet Law Update."
