Stanford Law School 2021 Understanding U.S. Intellectual Property Law

Stanford Law School's Understanding U.S. Intellectual Property Law program will take place virtually August 16-27, 2021. The two-week program will provide a broad foundation in U.S. IP law with specific attention to high-tech IP issues. It will focus on the fundamental concepts of U.S. IP law and give practical insights into Silicon Valley’s high-tech industry. GT Shareholder Stephen Baird will present the session, "Trademarks on the Internet," on August 18 and Barry Schindler will lead the Patent Prosecution panel on August 26.
