Greenberg Traurig Reaffirms Commitment to West Palm Beach, Renews Office Lease for 10 Years, Announces Planned $1.5 Million-Plus Office Renovation

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – September 3, 2014 – Reaffirming its long-term commitment to West Palm Beach, international law firm Greenberg Traurig today announced that it has renewed its office lease for 10 years.

The firm also announced a planned $1.5 million office renovation that will enhance and modernize the 30,254 square-foot space the firm has leased since 1991 at the Phillips Point building at 777 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Fla., 33401. Including the remaining term on its old lease, the new deal will keep Greenberg Traurig in the same location until Nov. 2027.

Designed by national architecture firm ASD, the firm’s renovation project will include a new lobby, conference room upgrades and other improvements throughout the two-floor space, including redesigned work areas for paralegals, assistants, and other support staff members. The project is slated to break ground in the beginning of 2015.
