Greenberg Traurig’s Sean Bezark Presented at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Massachusetts

CHICAGO – Oct. 23, 2015 – Shareholder Sean Bezark from the Chicago office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP spoke Oct. 20, 2015 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA in connection with the 2015 National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM) Architectural & Engineering Meetings. Bezark’s presentation was entitled “Environmental Risk on Equity Acquisitions, Vapor Intrusion and Interior Building Application Risks.”

Bezark is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate and Environmental practices and focuses his practice primarily on environmental matters for public corporations, privately held companies, banks, lenders, REITs, energy companies, and private equity investment funds. He advises clients on environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, bankruptcy cases, environmental investigations and remediation projects, brownfields development, insurance procurement, and risk and cost allocations.
