Greenberg Traurig’s Robert M. Goldich Appointed Marketing Co-Chair of ABA’s Labor & Employment Law Section

PHILADELPHIA – Dec. 7, 2015 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP shareholder Robert M. Goldich was recently appointed as Marketing Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Labor and Employment Law Section. The appointment term is active for one year.

Previously, Goldich has held several positions within ABA’s Labor and Employment Law Section. Most recently, he served as Budget co-chair from 2012 to 2015. He has also been active on the Section’s Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, as past co-chair from 2010 to 2012 and as Program co-chair from 2010-2012. Goldich is also a speaker and moderator for the Section at the Annual ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Conferences.

Goldich has more than 35 years of experience as a Labor and Employment lawyer and litigator representing employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations, including general employment counseling, employment contract negotiation, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration, and the representation of employers in administrative and courtroom litigation. Goldich has developed a national practice in the areas of ERISA and wage and hour class action litigation.
