Greenberg Traurig Elevates 3 Attorneys in the Philadelphia Office

PHILADELPHIA – Feb. 17, 2015 – International law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of three attorneys in its Philadelphia office: Caleb J. Holmes to shareholder, and Nataliya Rymer, and Jelena Vojinovic to of counsel. Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig elevated 32 attorneys to shareholder and 20 to of counsel to its 2015 class. In addition, the firm also announced record financial performance for 2014.

Holmes, a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice, focuses his practice on environmental and commercial litigation. He has a wide range of experience in environmental transaction and regulatory counseling matters. He represents businesses in state and federal courts in environmental and commercial litigation matters. He advises and represents industrial and state clients on environmental issues arising in permitting and compliance activities, as well as business and real estate transactions generally. 

Rymer, a member of the firm’s Business Immigration and Compliance Practice, focuses her practice on employment-based immigration and compliance. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including professionals, managers, and executives; artists and entertainers; treaty traders and investors; immigrant investors; and persons of extraordinary ability. Rymer also has experience working with employers on I-9 employment verification matters as well as H-1B and LCA compliance-related issues. She counsels employers on due diligence matters, including internal audits and reviews, as well as minimization of exposure and liabilities in government investigations.

Vojinovic, a member of the firm’s Public Finance Practice, focuses her practice on public and private financing transactions, and has acted as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel, and purchaser and credit enhancement counsel in transactions throughout the United States. She is experienced in the area of tax-exempt bond financing for multifamily housing projects, universities, 501(c)(3), public utilities, and municipalities. Vojinovic also has experience in real estate based lending, securitization, and derivative transactions.
