2 Greenberg Traurig Practices Named Among Law360 Practice Groups of the Year: Real Estate and Food & Beverage

NEW YORK – Jan. 6, 2016 – Law360, among its Practice Groups of the Year, selected the Real Estate and Food & Beverage practices at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Greenberg Traurig was one of four firms chosen as a Food & Beverage Practice Group of the Year, and it was one of ten firms to be recognized as a Real Estate Practice Group of the Year.

Greenberg Traurig’s real estate attorneys were involved in one of the largest leveraged buyouts for 2014 and 2015; the second largest office building transaction ever; one of the largest hotel sales in real estate history; the highest price per room for a hotel sale in the United States; one of the highest per key hotel transactions in Florida history; and the largest acquisition of a United States office tower outside of New York.

Of those 730 submissions, the publication selected 184 winners, across 30 practice areas, from 80 firms. In its sixth year, Law360 stated this to be the largest group of firms to receive Practice Group of the Year awards.
