Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Recognized as Leading Nationally in EB5 Investors Magazine Listings

NEW YORK – January 24, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP attorneys Kate Kalmykov, Laura Foote Reiff, Bruce C. Rosetto, and Jennifer Hermansky were profiled in EB5 Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com’s “Top 25 Immigration Attorneys in the EB-5 Industry” list for 2017. Kalmykov and Hermansky are both recognized as Top EB-5 Immigration Attorneys; Reiff is highlighted for her specific experience in legislative work; and Rosetto is recognized as a Top 15 Corporate/Securities Attorney.

EB5 Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com select the attorneys through a combination of community member votes, input from the editorial board, and analysis from the EB5 Magazine in-house team. This is the fifth consecutive year Kalmykov, Reiff, and Hermansky have been selected, while Rosetto has been featured for a second year.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, administered by U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, is an employment-based visa that provides foreign investors with a method of obtaining green cards through an investment of $500,000 to $1 million in the U.S. economy that creates at least 10 jobs. Greenberg Traurig’s EB-5 team comprises attorneys from the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and Tax practices to deliver customized solutions for EB-5 clients.

Kalmykov, a Shareholder in the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, has experience working on EB-5 immigrant investor matters. She regularly works with developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds, on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments.

Reiff, Co-Chair of the National Business Immigration & Compliance Practice and Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Northern Virginia office, focuses her practice on business immigration laws and regulations affecting U.S. and foreign companies, as well as related employment compliance and legislative issues.

Rosetto, a Shareholder in the Corporate Practice, focuses his practice on entrepreneurs and small to middle market public companies throughout the United States in a variety of industries, including life sciences, bio-tech, banking, real estate, environmental, manufacturers, technology, entertainment, and many others. He also advises clients in connection with raising capital for and establishing regional centers to administer projects qualifying for investment under the EB-5 Entrepreneur Investment Visa Program.

Hermansky, a Shareholder in the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, concentrates her practice on EB-5 immigrant investor visas. She has prepared and filed I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for immigrant investors, both through individual investments and regional center investments.
