Susan Neuberg to be a Panelist at CRE Financial Council Miami 2018 Conference

MIAMI – Jan. 8, 2018 – Real Estate Shareholder Susan E. D. Neuberg of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be presenting at the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) January Conference, Jan. 8-10, in Miami. CREFC is the trade association for lenders, investors, and servicers engaged in the $3.8 trillion commercial real estate finance industry. CREFC promotes capital formation, encouraging commercial real estate finance market efficiency, transparency, and liquidity.

Neuberg will be presenting, along with leading industry leaders Constantine Korologos of Berkeley Research Group and Shari Linnick of Trepp, CMBS 101: An Introduction to Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities on Jan. 10. The course will review CMBS history, process, structure, and investing, as well as current market conditions and regulations. This highly popular and interactive session is intended for young professionals, those new to the CRE finance industry, or those looking for a refresher.

Neuberg focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating, and documenting debt and equity investments for major financial institutions, REITS, investment advisors, private investors, and developers. She counsels clients in the financial services and real estate industries on complex real estate matters, debt structures, and equity joint ventures, as well as GSE securitization, special servicing, workouts and rating agencies criteria, CMBS and Freddie Mac portfolio servicing practices, and single sponsor programs.

She is a frequent author and speaker addressing current issues of importance to the commercial real estate finance industry and has been an active CREFC member since CREFC’s inception.
