Four Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Named to Billboard’s 2018 Top Music Lawyers List

LOS ANGELES – October, 23, 2018 – Shareholders Jay L. Cooper, Joel A. Katz, Bobby Rosenbloum, and Paul D. Schindler of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP were featured in Billboard’s prestigious Top Music Lawyers 2018 list, honoring the biggest names and most prominent legal minds in the rapidly evolving world of music and entertainment law.

Billboard recognized Cooper’s work for major music clients such as the estate of Rod Temperton, songwriter of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” and other hits. Katz was recognized for helping to establish The Recording Academy’s task force to address diversity and female inclusion in the music industry. The list recognized Katz and Rosenbloum’s work helping the Latin Recording Academy secure a 10-year TV contract with Univision. Schindler was recognized for overseeing deals with a collective value of over $125 million on behalf of major clients.
