Berlin, February 01, 2018 – Greenberg Traurig Germany advised GUSTAV RRZ N-3 GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture of several investors, on the sale of the Rhein-Ruhr Zentrum (RRZ) in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. The property was sold by way of a combined share and asset deal. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
The RRZ comprises approximately 75,000 square meters of retail space and houses around 200 retail units as well as a large food court, a CinemaxX cinema, a bowling and entertainment center, a casino and the indoor playground "Euro Eddy's Kinderwelt".
Greenberg Traurig Germany advised the joint venture on all aspects of corporate and real estate law as well as on the redemption of the financing.
