DALLAS – April 30, 2018 – Five attorneys from Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Dallas office have been recognized by D Magazine in its Best Lawyers in Dallas series. Those selected were voted on by their peers across 40 categories.

Coniglio, managing shareholder of the Dallas office, has wide-ranging experience in the areas of health care law and complex business litigation. He represents hospitals, physicians, and other related health care entities in litigation and transactional matters.
Doxey, a Dallas shareholder, has broad experience advising on commercial real estate transactions across the country. He represents a variety of clients on real estate matters of all product type.
Malone is a shareholder in Dallas and has a corporate, regulatory and finance practice. He represents hospitals, medical device manufacturers, group purchasing organizations, physician groups, and other health care industry clients in a variety of transactional matters and banks in the administration of grantor royalty trusts.
Welty is a shareholder in the firm’s Dallas office. He regularly structures and negotiates complex joint ventures throughout the United States and has experience advising clients on partnership taxation and the tax implications of real estate transactions and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Woodman, a Dallas shareholder, works with directors and officers, general counsels, risk managers and fiduciaries to develop management and fiduciary liability insurance programs to best protect corporate and personal assets and, in the event of claims, to maximize the coverage these programs provide.
