Frank Citera Spoke on the Northern District of Illinois’ Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program

CHICAGO – June 14, 2018 – Francis A. Citera, a shareholder in the Chicago office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, spoke at the “Updates and Evaluations of the Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program” panel discussion. The Northern District of Illinois’ Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program took effect a year ago. This program created a new set of early discovery disclosure responsibilities and obligations on the vast majority of civil litigants appearing in cases filed in the District. As a panelist, Citera discussed working under the program, including a discussion of the implications for parties’ eDiscovery obligations.

He has over 30 years of experience defending toxic tort actions and other complex litigation in both federal and state courts.
