Greenberg Traurig Minneapolis Lures IP Team

MINNEAPOLIS – April 22, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its new Minneapolis office with the addition of Intellectual Property & Technology Shareholders Stephen R. Baird, Tiffany A. Blofield, and Craig S. Krummen. All join the firm from Winthrop & Weinstine.

She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other intellectual property matters involving copyrights, trade secrets, and patents. She has represented clients in federal district court, state court, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  She also is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and is listed on the Minnesota Statewide ADR -Rule 114 Neutrals Roster.

Krummen represents clients in complex commercial litigation and in intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Foundational to his trial preparation is developing strategies that support and add value to clients by addressing the legal aspects of their business concerns.

Greenberg Traurig opened its Minneapolis office, its 30th in the United States, in February 2019. Opening the office was Restructuring Shareholder Michael B. Fisco, Litigation Shareholder Michael M. Krauss, and Finance Shareholder Arleen A. Nand. Since then, Restructuring Shareholder Eric J. HoweRestructuring Associate Peter D. Kieselbach, and Intellectual Property & Technology Associate Benjamin I. Edlavitch have also joined. With this most recent team joining, the office now has nine attorneys.
