Cinzia Merlo works with clients on civil and commercial litigation and pre-litigation contracts. Over the years, she has developed significant experience in the field of tender, agency, franchising, transport contracts, as well as liability actions for mala gestio against directors, auditors and auditors, also dealing with banking and bankruptcy litigation.
Caterina Napoli deals mainly with banking and financial law, structured finance of floating and real estate transactions. She has followed several bond issues, securitizations and loans, with leading Italian and international banks and international investment funds, as well as in transactions for the disposal of portfolios of receivables, including those claimed from public entities, aiding leading financial intermediaries.
Davide Pozzoli mainly deals with civil and arbitration litigation, both domestic and international. His activity focuses on commercial disputes of a contractual and non-contractual nature, intellectual property and unfair competition cases, as well as proceedings for the recognition of foreign judgments and arbitration awards.
