WARSAW - June 7, 2021. Greenberg Traurig advised BNP Paribas SA acting as the Seller in the offering, through an accelerated bookbuilding process, of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. shares.
Shareholders of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. - BNP Paribas SA and Rabobank International Holding B.V. sold, via an accelerated book-building process, over 7.47 million shares, representing 1.26% and 3.81% respectively, and 5.07% in total of the Bank's share capital and the total number of votes.
The value of the Transaction (ABB) amounted to over PLN 470 million.
PKO Bank Polski S.A. Oddział – Biuro Maklerskie w Warszawie (PKO BP Securities) acted as the Global Coordinator and the Bookrunner in relation to the ABB.
