Litigator and trial lawyer Lindsey Reagan Camp defends US entities in employment and business disputes. She’s litigated complex cases involving ERISA, federal whistleblower statutes, anti-discrimination laws, trade secrets, and business torts. Lindsey also advises employers on a variety of employment-related issues, including litigation avoidance, reductions-in-force, hiring and separation agreements, and development of workplace policies.
Prior to attending law school, Lindsey served as the office manager for a non-profit organization. In this capacity, she was responsible for the organization’s compliance with federal and local labor laws as well as the development, implementation, and enforcement of the organization’s workplace policies and procedures.
