Dongdoo Choi is a shareholder in our Litigation Practice, focusing his practice on international arbitration. Dongdoo also handles litigation in the United States and corporate compliance and investigation matters in various jurisdictions. His dispute resolution experience involves a wide range of disputes stemming from M&A, joint ventures, intellectual property, shipbuilding, infrastructure, labor, foreign investment, commodity transactions, and even sports. Dongdoo also advises strategic corporate projects for his clients, tapping into deep M&A and project financing experience that he built prior to concentrating on international arbitration.

  • Represented Korean funds against U.S. borrowers over a real estate development project in the California state court.°
  • Managed acquisition of a Japanese electronics parts maker by a Korean °
